On October 4, we proudly celebrated the official opening of a new kindergarten in Sagarejo municipality, constructed by SOCAR and generously donated to the state at no cost.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of distinguished guests, including the Prime Minister of Georgia, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Vice Speaker of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and other key representatives from both governments.

This modern kindergarten is designed to serve 180 to 240 children, featuring dedicated spaces tailored for different age groups. The facility includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a buffet, a sports activity hall, medical rooms, play areas, and sleeping quarters, as well as administrative and technical offices. Accessibility is a priority, with ramps and adapted restrooms throughout the building.

Spanning a total area of 2,897 square meters, the kindergarten also boasts an expansive open playground for outdoor activities.

During the ceremony, guests emphasized the vital role of the preschool education and recognized SOCAR's significant contributions to the infrastructural initiatives in sports, green spaces, and educational facilities of Georgia.
