On October 13 in Tbilisi, HR representatives from the central office of SOCAR, along with experts from the consulting company Mercer, organized a meeting. During this gathering, working sessions were conducted for the top management and mid-level managers of SOCAR Energy Georgia. Workshops were held on the topics of corporate values and structural levels in the Georgian team of SOCAR.
