Director, SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution

Mr Alexander Khetaguri received his Bachelor’s degree from the Georgian Technical University and a Master’s degree from Tbilisi Institute of Business and Marketing. He also received his second Master’s degree from Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Energy. Prior to joining SOCAR, Mr Khetaguri was the Minister of Finance of Georgia, Minister of Energy of Georgia, General Director of the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, and a First Deputy Minister of Energy of Georgia. He has also worked in various leading positions in the Georgian National Energy Regulatory Commission. He is now a Director of SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution, Director of SAKORGGAZI, and a Deputy Director of Commercial Issues at SOCAR Georgia Gas.
