In 2016-17, Mariam served as a training coordinator at Soacar Energy Georgia. Prior to Socar, worked at Caraps Medline as an HR specialist. Mariam has also served as training instructor at business laboratory.

Currently, serves as a head of HR department at Socar Energy Georgia.
