25.09.13 The Tea House in Marneuli, Georgia Received an Award at the European Property Show in London

 On the 24th September 2013 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London was held the ceremony of the official announcement of the winners of the esteemed International Property Awards 2013 in the European region. The M' STUDIO LLC has won an award in the category of Public Service Architecture for Georgia with the project House of Culture.
 The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. Since 1995, they have celebrated the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, UK and USA. The highest-scoring winners from each region are automatically entered into the overall International Awards, which ultimately determine the world's finest properties and real estate professionals.
 On July 29, 2010 the Representation of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic in Georgia purchased the building of the Tea House in Marneuli with the total area of more than 1 500 square meters and in collaboration with M' STUDIO LLC began to reconstruct. With the financial support of SOCAR, the company M' STUDIO LLC implemented the reconstruction and architectural design (interior and exterior) sketchily-planned project for the restoration of the object. The Tea House -the Center of youth of Azerbaijan in Georgia - was opened by the President of Georgia Mr.Mikheil Saakashvili on September 10, 2012.
 The opening of the given site is one of the priority directions of activities of the Representation of SOCAR in Georgia. Courses of Azeri and Georgian languages, dance and chess classes will be operating there. The main direction of the activities of the above-mentioned centre is offering the Azeri youth of Georgia services and assistance to learn the Georgian culture and language which plays a significant role in the integration of the Azeri nation into the Georgian community. Reconstruction of the building restored the tea drinking tradition of Azeri people.
 The work of the two companies, SOCAR and M 'Studio LLC were appreciated. Congratulations M 'Studio LLC with its remarkable success.
